GRTgaz x SAP Ariba
GRTgaz, the leading gas transmission operator in France, has modernized its procurement by adopting SAP Ariba, with the support of BearingPoint. The goal was to replace outdated tools and offer a solution that is more flexible and accessible to all teams. Despite a tight schedule and the challenge of loading over 800 catalogs, the project was successfully completed alongside the migration to SAP S/4HANA. Today, SAP Ariba simplifies procurement governance, enhances process control, and provides more autonomy to users.
